Policies
Rent Collection Policy
Rent is due by the FIRST day of the month and is considered deliquent after the FIFTH day of the month.
Late fees are assessed as follows:
$10 from the 6th of the month to the 10th of the month.
$30 from the 11th of the month to the 20th of the month.
Lease Termination if no payment before the 21st of the month.
Smoke-Free Policy
The Schuyler Housing Authority is a SMOKE FREE PROPERTY.
As of May 1, 2018 tenants, staff, and visitors can no longer smoke anywhere on the property of High Rise and Park Place Apartments.
There are NO designated smoking areas on the property.

Definition of Smoking
The term “smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, or carrying any lighted cigar, cigarette, e-cigarette, pipe, or other tobacco product or similar lighted product such as but not limited to marijuana, in any manner or in any form.
