Occupancy

The Schuyler Housing Agency has, through HUD regulations, developed an Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP). The ACOP defines Occupancy Standards to ensure that the housing authority is able to make determinations regarding unit size and type to best assist and meet the needs of applicants.
