Preparing to Apply
In order to be considered for an apartment you must return a completed pre-application and be of legal age to sign a contract. The application must be complete, any incomplete pre-applications will not be considered. All adult household members must sign the pre-application certifying that the information about them is correct.

WARNING: Section 1001 of title 18 of the U.S. code makes it a criminal offense to make willful false statements or misrepresentations to any Department or Agency of the U.S. as to any matter within its jurisdiction.

After Applying
Once your application has been received, you will be placed on the waiting list. If any information on your pre-application changes, you will need to notify the Schuyler Housing Agency so your pre-application can be updated.
As your pre-application nears the top of the waiting list, the Schuyler Housing Agency will contact you to schedule an application interview.
